The curtain came down on the All Africa Individuals Championship today in Kampala with our team members continuing to perform well. 

Deidre Jordaan and Amy Ackerman won the semi-final in the Women’s Doubles this morning before losing out to Lorna Bodha and Kobita Dookhee from Mauritius 21-18; 22-20 in a tightly fought game  therefore bringing home the silver medal in the event. 

In the Mixed Doubles, Jarred Elliott and Amy Ackerman won their semi-final this morning before going down to went down to Koceila Maammeri and Tanina Vilette Mameri from Algeria 21-13; 21-14 in the finals.
