General Assembly Meeting

The General Assembly directs the policies and other affairs of BSA. The President will preside over all General Assembly, Special General Assembly and Executive Board Meetings.  At least one General Meeting before the end of May of the year following the last AGM and thereafter to convene additional General Meetings as and when desirable. The COO shall give at least eight weeks’ notice of the date and venue of any General Meeting to each Member Association.
