BSATO Vision:

To create a platform where BSA Technical Officials can provide the maximum level of quality service to the sport of Badminton in South Africa, Africa and Internationally.

BSATO Mission:

Technical Officials: To provide a platform where individuals can acquire the skills and knowledge to become a high-level Referee, Umpire or Line Judge.

Players: To create a playing field where all players participating can exercise their skills and feel secure that their efforts are respected and the regulations are applied fairly and consistently.

Badminton South Africa: To be a sub-committee that contributes to the marketing and good management of the sport of badminton, so that the sport may become accessible and popular amongst all communities in South Africa.
